Rick Maloy is the Strategic Initiatives Manager for Central Utah Water Conservancy District overseeing water supply initiatives and conservation to help ensure Central Utah has the water to thrive.
Rick has spent over 18 years in the field of water conservation, water supply planning, and distribution. Rick served 10 years in the Utah Army National Guard and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and a master’s degree from Utah State University.
