 aining Program for new-to-the-field professionals\, and we need your input
 ! We have gathered an ad-hoc steering committee that will support the deve
 lopment of a training pilot program.\n\nDuring this kick-off brainstorm me
 eting\, the AWE team will share our high-level vision\, goals\, and framew
 orks for this training program. We will then co-ideate on the following it
 ems:\n\n 	Foundational industry concepts\, topics\, and trends that traine
 es should learn about\n 	Key skills trainees should walk away with to help
  them be successful in a water conservation &amp\; efficiency position\n 	
 The training’s structure\, design\, and scope\n 	Best practices and refl
 ections from other national\, state-wide\, or organizational trainings you
  have taken and/or are aware of\n\nWe expect to have two or three 60–90-
 minute meetings across April-June to provide input at the early stages of 
 pilot development. Please email us to join this ad-hoc steering committee
