Committee Purpose: To provide detailed recommendations to the U.S. EPA on the development of WaterSense- and ENERGY STAR-labeled products and programs and to the Department of Energy on its mandatory nationwide standards. This committee will also review technical issues associated with products and programs and will evaluate national, state, and local standards and specifications.
